Broomsedge Management was founded in 2023 by four operators who'd spent years inside manufacturing facilities and knew exactly what was missing: a cleaning and waste partner that thinks like an operator, not a janitorial vendor.
We've watched national vendors promise the world from the sales table, then send rotating temp-agency crews who don't show up, don't care, and create safety and operational risk on the plant floor. We built Broomsedge to be the opposite — owner- operated, with mid-career professionals contracted directly for the on-site work.
Today, we run waste removal, plant cleaning, machinery work, hazardous material handling, and on-site scrap operations for industrial clients who measure every minute of uptime. Our work is judged the same way the line is — by the numbers, every shift.

We chose the name Broomsedge Management because we see your facility through that exact same lens.

Certified Hazardous Materials Manager based in Greenwood, Indiana, with 25+ years across industrial sales and environmental solutions — most recently leading liquid storage and environmental programs as an Area Sales Manager. Chris drives Broomsedge's strategy, compliance posture, and large-account partnerships.
Elijah Sparling
Indianapolis-based sales and operations leader with 8+ years in industrial services and logistics. Elijah leads Broomsedge's account management, crew deployment, and the day-to-day relationships that keep every account on spec.
Austin Walker
Bringing years of operations management experience working for large industrial cleaning service businesses in the midwest, Austin oversees operations, equipment, and the backbone of what keeps client operations moving — from routine service runs to multi-crew turnaround events, Austin brings safety, efficiency and creativity to a diversity of industrial applications.

Brandon's career combines nearly 15 years of international development work with 20+ years of local business ownership and management. Building relationships that last in tough environments and finding creative ways forward have been consistent elements of Brandon's professional success.
